原文： As always RY400 has the compression I need after a hard workout. I am 6'1" and 195 lbs. and wear a large for this product. It does take a little time to fit the shirt on properly, but the rejuvenation I feel the following morning is definitely worth it. There is one catch, t
he shirt is absurdly long!!! I mean seriously, it comes down past my butt. On the bright side, at least it's not too short!! One other thing, the stitching around the bottom comes undone fairly easily. I have given it to my seamstress and will update how that works out for me.

The organism does not overcompensate as much with the aid and thus the gain from the stressor (exercise) is reduced. Hypothesis not by me. All in all I wear it at night and its comfortable. Am I still sore? Yes. But it does its job.
