原文： As always RY400 has the compression I need after a hard workout. I am 6'1" and 195 lbs. and wear a large for this product. It does take a little time to fit the shirt on properly, but the rejuvenation I feel the following morning is definitely worth it. There is one catch, t
he shirt is absurdly long!!! I mean seriously, it comes down past my butt. On the bright side, at least it's not too short!! One other thing, the stitching around the bottom comes undone fairly easily. I have given it to my seamstress and will update how that works out for me.

Am I still sore? Yes. But it does its job.

原文： Purchased this for a Spartan Beast. I know those races are very hard on clothing, and I assumed it'd be good for the one race only. I was wrong, this thing is sturdy and well-built. I've washed it and used it in 3 more races already, and it's still as good as the day I bought it. F
its very nicely and does a great job of regulating my temperature as well as protecting my skin from minor abrasions.
