原文：I took my new Gel Quantum 360 CMs out for my first run last night. Maybe it was just the excitement of having a new pair of shoes on, but I comfortably ran farther than I had in a long time, and I felt great afterward. These replace a pair of Asics Kayano 20s, and so far I like the Quantum 360 CM
much better. Whereas the material in the Kayano toebox was "stretchy/springy" and allowed for a lot of lateral movement, these shoes feel narrower, tighter, and stiffer--which are all good things for me. My foot feels much more locked in, and I'm not fighting the shoe to keep my foot moving forward instead of sideways on impact.A few other points:I had read that the shoe is heavier than many comparable options, but I didn't notice the extra weight whatsoever on my foot.The 360-gel cushioning felt absolutely great. I felt no jarring impact, but it wasn't too much that I got that "trampoline" feeling either.Finally, although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I think the color scheme is terrific (mine are the White/Dark Navy/Safety Yellow color).

原文：I have worn Asics shoes for decades and I keep going back because of how they fit and how long they last. Well this shoe is very narrow - much narrower than any previous shoe in the same size. Too early to tell on longevity but they seem to be built on the flimsy side bases on how thin the material
is and how almost tenuous the seams are. I will revise my review upward if they do indeed last longer than my few weeks first impression .

原文：Loved it when I first put it on and then started to walk and it started to rub against my ankle bone just on my right side. Irritated my ankle in just 5 minutes so I knew I had to return. . . great comfort. . wish I did not have the issue because it was very comfortable aside from the ankle issue.
I need to wear shoes with good cushioning (AirMax) and wanted to try something different. Guess I will be sticking with my Nike Air Max. . . cannot complain about that. . .
