The tongue is attached and stable so it doesn't slide to the side when working out. I still have a bunion and hammert
oe on the other foot but the mesh upper accommodates them and doesn't cause any pain. I'm so grateful that I can work out again for the first time in over a year without any discomfort. Great sneakers.
