It never feels too hot, even on days that I would normally go shirtless. This top actually keeps me cooler than being shirtless, as i
t does a terrific job of wicking away sweat and evaporating it away. Helps to keep my arms for getting really sore during and after a heavy workout. I use this to sleep in after a gym or long bike day. But then again, I can be found wearing compression gear more often than not, After recovering from a near fatal accident 13 years prior, I use compression gear while working to rebuild my body. Compression Tights and Shirts have prevented a lot of soreness in my muscles that I have no doubt would have forced me to scale back the pace of my recovery efforts. I use this gear on a daily basis, as its given me outstanding results so far. The science behind compression gear may still be questionable, but for me they're working as advertised. Another great benefit is just how comfortable compression gear is when being worn. If your one of those who still feel that men shouldn't be wearing tights and form fitting clothes, you're cheating yourself out of the benefits and crazy comfort these garmets provide. Worth every penny spent. WILL BUY AGAIN.

原文：I bought this along with the A400's, the calculator suggested a medium based on my chest measurement which I must say was accurate. The fit is snug, it hugs your body, does feel like a second skin, there was a "coolness" feeling I noticed against my skin, had the wife rub my arm really fast
to create heat and I would feel this lingering cool feeling like after you eat a fresh mint lol... anyway, you will have to be comfortable with the look when you wear this shirt bc it is skin tight. I noticed good compression around my back and arms which I can only imagine will help on long runs.So to sum it up, good quality, super skin tight (hard to put on and off, which is what you want I think), compression lived up to expectations and the "coldblack" technology is wicked bc i think it actually works..only concern is feeling comfortable wearing this along with tights in public...
