原文：I am consistently a 6.5 but had to order a half size up in this shoe. I also have narrow feet and a high arch but wanted a shoe with a wide toe box to spread my toes in. Amazingly, this shoe accommodates all three qualities. I can spread my toes when running, squatting and doing other types of lifts
without my outer toes rubbing the sides. I also like the minimal drop between the toes and heel. It makes me feel more stable when doing pressing lifts such as squats or machine leg presses. I compared this to the Reebok CrossFit RN and found it more comfortable and of higher quality after half a dozen workout sessions including Olympic lifts and four to five mile runs.

However, if you're used to wearing serious running shoes such as Asics all day like me, you may find these Nikes to be lacking in a couple areas. The tops are sock-like and well ventilated. The soles are very th
in, and there isn't much structure. (Hence, the "barefoot" logo on the insole which I never noticed in the description before purchasing.) Great looking shoes for running errands in, and they are super lightweight, but there's just not enough support to recommend them for jogging or even long walks. By the way, I hover between a size 8 and 8.5 and the 8.5 JUST fits.

原文：I totally love the style of this shoe. So far I've purchased three pair from Amazon. I'm extremely happy with them, they're comfortable, they appear as in the photos and I wear a size 7 1/2 but purchase these in an 8 1/2 and they fit to my liking. My mother saw how happy I am with them and she d
ecided to try on the similar recent style that's out inside the store. She agreed that you have to go up a half size. I know people are having problems with the size. I went up a whole size because I purchased a pair from the Nike outlet store and they didn't have a 7 1/2, but an 8 1/2. I tried them on although they have a little toe room passed my toes, they fit fine and I have room to put on a thicker socks. I believe as a general rule going up at half size should suffice and if you want a little extra room, then go up a whole size; this is from someone who brought the shoes from Amazon and from Nike and they all fit the same on me.

原文：love this shoe. so freaked it has been redesigned to have more narrow box toe? so glad i found these on amazon. i'm on my 3rd pair. I guess they run a little small. I wear a 7.5 "normal" shoe. an 8 for running and these I actually order in 8.5. I do NOT run in these. I have feet that pronate
and need mild/moderate support so I wear nike pegasus. But I feel for walking and around house, barefoot or minimal support is better to build foot muscle. I walk the dogs in these and wear them for weekend errands/fairs/etc. Love this shoe!

Yes they are running shoes however they work great for cross training as the pairs I returned were Nike cross trainers however the mediums ran wide in the toe box wh
ich I dont need if I order a medium! I dont know what's going on with Nike but the newer styles seem so different and not in a good way!

原文：The shoes are super cute! I run on the treadmill quite a bit (3-4 days a week) and for the first week they were comfy but it seems like after a month they had lost their cushion and got wore out really easy. I now just wear them as casual shoes and I now wear ASICS as my running shoe.
