原文： For years I tried to make shoes feel good. Some the arch did not feel in the right place and in others just plane too high causing pain after 30 minutes in them. Then a local running store recommended going up a half size to move arch towards my toes (duh that makes sense even if s
hoes are a bit bigger than I need for length. But the best recommendation was the Saucony guide 10.I have never owned Saucony shoes but the Guide 10s were great so at the end of shoe life I ordered the ISO and once again delighted.

pace, lowering my times. The shoes are very well built, they are really comfortable and you get good airflow so your feet don't sweat like crazy.
