0#). On really hot days, I actually really like the fact that there is more room for air movement. However, if you prefer a slimmer / tighter fit, going down a size might be a good idea as others have stated. Also, I have found that other 'dry-fit' types of shirts that I own (Puma, Marmot) often get smelly quickly after some exercise, this shirt does not have that problem.
