g after the race, I put these on after shuffling around painfully for the first hour of the day. Within 30 minutes my calves started to feel a little looser and my muscles much more relaxed. Completely changed my day, where I was planning on lying on the couch all day to actually being able to move around and do a normal day of walking. Wearing them under jeans at work on day 3, I almost feel back to normal and able to do some light jogging. Completely jump started my recovery. I'm just annoyed at myself that I didn't put them on immediately after the race.

原文： I've been an endurance athlete for years and I'm so glad I added these to my recovery routine. They're perfect for wearing around after a long run or other leg-intense workout. They're not totally opaque, so I don't wear them out of the house on their own. They're thin so they fit
well under jeans. I also have worn these on a few flights that lasted less than 3 hours, and they were pretty comfortable. Also, go to SKINS website to check out their sizing chart. It's hard to get out of the mindset of your usual size, but I made the mistake of ignoring the sizing chart and going with my usual medium of course, the mediums were too big.
