pped countless times by the kids and still manages to stay sealed and not leak all over the place. Keeps liquids super hot for at least 6 hours.There are a couple of drawbacks though. Its pretty heavy when full (but thats expected). If you seal it when the liquid is super hot, its very difficult to open with my puny lady hands. The major drawback is cleaning. I had to buy a special long brush to get down in there. I also have to use a flashlight to see in there and make sure I got everything out.

But if you want a BIG insulated thermos to keep your coffee, water, soup or whatever else in and keep it hot or cold for most of the day (or night) then THIS is for you. I love it.

nal early-morning cup was still very hot and steaming.Cold test:10AM: Threw in 8 large ice cubes and poured in some cold-brew coffee. Drank a couple ice-cold cups at around 8PM. Midnight rolls around (yes, 14 hours later) and there are still plenty of ice cubes in the thermos. No noticeable water (flavor) dilution.Overall I am very impressed by how well the thermos keeps the contents at their proper temperature. Every time I thought "well, it's been a very long time and I've poured a few cups, it HAS to have gone off temp by now" and every time I was wrong.I really like the cup that screws into the top. Not only does it act as an additional layer of insulation, it's actually a very solid and enjoyable cup for drinking coffee. I now prefer to drink from the thermos cup instead of using one of my fancy-schmancy office mugs.The thermos pour nozzle is great. The key is to make a full turn and aim one of the pour arrows away from the handle - but only once the rubber gasket on the cap is no longer touching the thermos. Perfect faucet-like pour without any splashing.Threw every part of the Thermos in the dishwasher. No scratches, clean as new.There's a reason that people call an insulated container a "Thermos", just like people say "hand me a Kleenex" instead of a tissue. Roll with the winner.

24 hour thermos. A little Pro tip for keeping your coffee even hotter for even longer is if you pour boiling hot water and the thermostat and let it sit as you're making your coffee the thermos itself will heat up and does not cool the coffee down as much. If you do this step for hand I have noticed that the coffee stays hot drinkable hot or even more than 24 hours I will at least for about half if not having enough time to boil 16 oz of water and then put the top back into it to trap the heat as the coffee is brewing. The durability is great I've dropped it on the floor before and got kicked around didn't have a scratch on it the handle is very good the cup that comes with that is perfect for pouring out to the only thing is that I would not try to pour coffee out with the cork in the top use it more as a picture or a crap I have had slight issues with getting the proper poor level with the cork of the thermos I have other thermoses that I am able to pour it out with leaving the cork or would be plug for the thermos with not having any dribbling this one however has issues I'm not sure if it's designed to be able to pour out without removing the top but I find it much easier just to remove the top. However that being said without knowing if they were trying to design it with a pork spout or not I can't say and I'm not going to mark it down for either because it's so simple just unscrew the entire top because the cork itself is very short to begin with. So best to remove the top while pouring coffee out and then screw the top back into place in order to keep your coffee hot. If I was going to buy another thermos after this one ends up breaking or wears down over time I would buy the same exact one that's for sure I've already had this thermos for a while and I bought a smaller version previously the same kind of model and everything but just smaller version which I've had for about 2 years now and is working great still use it clean very durable and looks great I have two smaller 40 oz thermoses and this giant. Whether you're sharing coffee like I do at work or in need of a lot of coffee for a long 12 or 14 hour shift this is the thermos for you.
