I am a forefoot runner, so the change in heel drop wasn't as effective for me as I thought it would. When I walk on it or run on my heels, it does feel really great. The toe box is really narrow. I recommend this if you are a heel runner, or just a walker. It feels like I'm gliding on clouds when I walk in these. Not so much when I run in them.

They are super comfy for someone looking for a bit of a drop in the heel but cushion in the forefront of your foot. They are still fairly flexible and not heavy. They do run a full size smaller, I normally wear 7.5 in US and I had to get a 8.5. I often struggle with plantar fasciitis but these shoes don’t make it flare up at all. I hope Saucony does not change the design too much this next year. I want this to become my new shoe!!!

Today I ran in them as part of a triathlon without socks and felt more comfortable. Be aware they have no ankle support. They do look cute and I had other athletes ask me about them.

I'd hoped to love these shoes since they seemed to have everything I needed to replace my old New Balance Vazee Rush, but they didn't make the cut. I'm glad Amazon has a solid return policy. Not sure if I'll order a 10 or just look to a different model, especially since the toebox is narrow.
