aints that this is self-locking (as in padlocked/number combo) luggage, but this was never listed as being such an item--the expanding handle self-locks into the the luggage when it's not being used. I also see people complain that this is supposed to be expandable luggage, and again, I never saw this in the description of the item...this is NOT expandable luggage.

The hard plastic shell seems like it would hold up well during travel, so as long as you don't drop it from a high place (I think any plastic material like this has the potential to shatter if dropped or thrown on the floor). I don't know how long it would survive being checked luggage because we all know the baggage handlers have a tendency to just chuck things into the plane rather than placing them in there cargo hold.

Honestly, I didn't buy this bag because I think it's going to be incredibly durable, I bought it because I think it's kind of cute and I know I'll be carrying it on the flight and it shouldn't be damaged. If I wanted indestructible luggage I would have bought something else.

I like how the spaces are separated in the luggage, I can keep my shoes separate from my clothing. I can fit a pretty decent amount of clothing into the luggage. I'll update this review after I return from my trip.
