. It's integration to my iPhone is very impressive. With the Skagen I don't need the pricer form factor of an Apple Watch.

I like that the watch buttons are configurable from the app. Haptic feedback from the watch is noticeable, but not annoying. I use the alert of the watch to prioritize the alerts I need from my spouse and executives I work with that I can't miss. This feature has already paid off for me where I work with multiple teams, contacting me across several collaboration applications. I also configured the middle button to Pause / Skip music on my phone helping me during walks, or driving keep my phone out of sight.

Like other reviewers I used the fitness tracker every day, the sleep tracker is nice, and I like that I can track other goals on the watch like water consumption, and the app tracks it all, week over week and other helpful stats monthly. The data visualization of my selected goals and activity is surprisingly detailed and useful.

For those of you that like a traditional watch, and at the same time don't want to also wear a fitness tracker, then I strongly consider looking at this watch!

Easy to connect to the app and its also easy to set the goals and notifications. They all work perfectly so far. Its also a very nice looking watch. I've had it for a week and a half and the only negative things are 1- The minute and hour hands do not glow in the dark (I thought all watches had that feature these days), and 2- had to hard reset my phone to get the app to connect yesterday. Otherwise, great (semi-smart) hybrid watch!

mething to track steps and sleep so this appeared to fill the bill. Moreover, this is a truly beautiful watch and the few reviews were very good. I received many compliments on the looks of this watch and was very inclined to keep it. However, in the end, it was the step inaccuracy that made me decide to return this. I happen to own a Garmin Vivofit 3, a Fitbit Charge 2 and an iPhone 6 Plus, all of which track steps. My other devices do vary in their step reporting but are for the most part within a 5% range. I know that's not great but in my experience, depending on what wrist you wear your device on or what pocket it's in, there will always be some variance. Some of that variance can be minimized on devices and apps that allow for things such as stride length adjustment. But this watch vastly under-reports my steps no matter which wrist I wore it on and I could not find a way to make it more accurate. Its variance from my other devices was more in the range of 11-15%, something I just couldn't ignore. I then researched via Skagen/Fossil and online forums to see whether there was a way to calibrate my Hagen Connected but came up with no way to accomplish that. Sadly, I was left with no choice but to return this. I honestly was sad doing so because it's so good looking and its sleep monitoring function seems quite in sync with my other devices. In fact, I may purchase this again in the hopes that the step reporting was this particular device and not the model.
