d and I hot as most mattress pads do and it's very quiet with no crinkling sounds. At first I washed in cold water and hung it to dry but lately, It's been thrown in regular wash and dry a few times with no issues. - still very pleased with this purchase!

We bought it to protect our new king sized mattress. Very nice feel to this cover (so soft) that you may not want to put a sheet over it!

I read a few concerns about cleaning and there is a tag with washing instructions. I use cold water and hang to dry but it feels sturdy enough to handle the dryer easily as well.

My husband was concerned it would feel hot but this has not been the case at all. Very cozy and cool.

t for protection. My husband says it feels like a cloud. For those of you worried that your mattress won't fit, please check out the picture I attached with the tape measure. For reference, our mattress + topper concoction is about 14 inches and I don't doubt that this pad could have handled another 10 inches easily. We stretched one side out to 25+ inches and that was with little effort.

My only issue (this doesn't bother my husband at All, mind you) is that the elastic isn't "tight" enough to hold its place and keep the pad taut under the sheets. I'm not positive if this was intentional (to allow easier stretching for thicker mattresses) or not. It bothered me because it wouldn't stay tightly in place while sleeping which made it bunch in places along the seams of the square pockets. I could feel this underneath me while sleeping (a less dramatic "Princess And The Pea" type situation). But I know that sheet clips will completely solve that problem and hold everything in place. So if that bothers you, a quick search of "mattress clips prime" on Amazon will fix things.

old, but still amazing. I purchased this silky soft mattress pad hoping to add a little fresh sense of luxury to this well loved mattress, and it has done just that, it is SO incredibly comfortable!! I highly recommended it!! Whether your mattress is older or brand new, it will give you an amazing sense of doing something very special for your mattress and yourself.. and you will remember that every time you slide into bed.. it gives me a secure and cuddly sense of well being, what more can you ask for as you drift off to sleep. <sigh>

UPDATE: I am currently a resident in a nursing home, here for physical therapy, and although they have memory foam mattresses, they are covered in heavy blue plastic that is horribly uncomfortable and basically eliminates the benefits of memory foam. I ordered a Twin XL Pinzon Microplush Mattress Topper with next day Saturday delivery, for my bed here, and it made all the difference in the world!! I'm as comfortable as I was at home!!

I can't say enough good things about this mattress topper, it is outstanding and WILL improve your quality of sleep!!

topper. I recall in the past as seeing this pictured much more filled and a different fabric. I also notice the recent reviews are mostly bad. So either this is a different model or we all got a replacement style. At any rate it's no where near as good as other ones I have bought. Look for something better if you want fluffy and filled. I'll use it for a pet bed...maybe.

rtable to lay on and the bottom of the pad is the worst part. It now had some sort of plastic like bottom that crinkles when you move on it! It sounded like I was sleeping on a tarp. Returning immediately so disappointed as I loved my old one so much and wanted another.

nger hurts and I feel rested when I wake up now. This micro plush topper turned my overly hard rock of a mattress into a dream bed in comparison to what it was. Truth be told, I may order a second to layer it to make it even fluffier since the pockets of the sheet itself are so deep. I'll be able to layer it without worrying one side will pop off or something. Very pleased. My puppy loves it too!
