I wear an 8.5W shoe, I usually have to go up a 1/2 size for sandals, do NOT do that with these, I have a good 1.5
inches of extra sandal in the front and 1/2 inch in the back. Go down a size. The regular is supposedly wider of the two options, problem is there is no 8 regular so when I return the 9 regular I'm not sure what I should do because there is a really good chance the 8B(M) will be too narrow.
