原文： I like the insoles of these shoes alot but the inner toungue part is kind of painful. It just rubs the top of my feet and tends to twist up when I'm running. The sizing is perfect though. I'm a women's 9-9.5 and the 9.5 fit perfectly. My feet are narrow as well and these shoes do not seem too wide
at all. I've been jogging about 5 miles a day in them everyday (8 days). No hip pain (a major issue for me in the past) and my knees feel good. I'm glad I ordered them but the toungue issue keeps me from giving them 5 stars.
