I have 2 tips/suggestions for any new mums or potential purchasers out there:

1. You might (probably?) only need one set of the small bottles, and more of the
larger ones. And then only if you are using these with an infant. They outgrow the teeny ones so so fast.

2. Need handles?? I couldn't find any that were 'made' to work with como tomo. There were a couple expensive and larger rubbery 'cases' with handles out there, but that wasn't really what I was looking for - so we improvised. With the soft nature of these bottles and their durability I was able to use these (although not the way they were intended - pic attached) from prince lionheart: http://amzn.com/B003JZAUGM
They have worked great for us, perhaps they will help someone else out there looking for handles for these wonderful bottles!

So naturally, I started with Dr. Brown's standard bottles. They are good bottles, and they did somewhat help her gas. But she
was still occasionally having issues and Dr. Brown's bottles are a real pain to clean. After a lot of trial and error, and research, I decided to go with Comotomo. I wish I had made the switch earlier. I love these bottles!
My baby's issue with gas is now almost nonexistent. Yes, they may be a little higher priced compared to other brands, but they are worth every penny. I've been using these bottles for 6 months, and I love them more everyday.

PROS:
.Bottle mimics the milk let-down during breastfeeding. If you squeeze/massage bottle milk will gently flow out of nipple.
.Made of 100% Food Grade Silicone. Much safer than plastic bottles. Colored rim is plastic, but does not touch milk.
.Bottles have not turned yellow from warming/sterilizing.
.Dual air vents on nipple work wonders for gassy babies.
.Slow Flow nipples do not drip milk when turned upside down.
.Modern & attractive bottle. Best looking out there.
.Soft silicone and round shape make it easier for baby to learn to hold bottle.
.No leaks whatsoever. Just make sure that you screw the nipple ring on tightly.
.VERY easy to clean. Such a plus!
.Dries faster than standard plastic bottles.
.Nipples do not collapse as baby drinks.
.Easy for baby to latch onto. Wide nipple prevents "bottle-mouth".
.Smells do not seep into silicone. Old milk can be a nightmare in plastic bottles.
.Durable.
.Both 5oz and 8oz bottles fit into The First Years Bottle Warmer.
.Great price point.

CONS (a few things to be aware of):
.These bottles take longer to warm milk in bottle warmers. Almost twice as long in our First Years warmer (about 8 minutes/5oz).
.Tight fit in diaper bag pockets designed for standard bottles. They will fit, it's just tight.
.Medium Flow nipples drip milk (from the milk holes) if turned upside down.

If you're debating these bottles, don't! Just try them out. They are the best on the market. No other bottle compares. The nipple on Comotomo's bottle is amazing and really sets this bottle apart from the others. I've attached photos comparing the nipple to Tommee Tippee wide mouth nipples. As you can see, Comotomo truly has a wide mouth nipple. Just like the breast.

原文： I first started feeding my newborn baby 80%bottle and 20% nursing as I had some issues with supply. A few weeks, then I began oversupplying and was told by my LC to forget about pumping and just nurse my baby girl. I began exclusively nursing my LO at 4 weeks and only 3 weeks later, my baby started
rejecting the bottle. Uninterested. Playing with the nipple. Couldn’t seem to get any milk down. We had bottle nipples even in the beginning when was actually taking the bottle. Leakage, collapsing nipples, or choking since the flow (even NB flow) was too fast. We tried avent, medela, Dr brown’s... finally we just settled on dr Browns. Even though she was still leaking milk out of the sides of her mouth, she seemed to be able to feed okay without getting too angry. Fast forward a few weeks and here we are with the bottle rejection. I needed to return to work so having someone else feed her is essential. She would cry at the bottle. It would take us 1-1.5 hours to get 1 oz down.. IF we were lucky. Some days she wouldn’t take any at all. We tried many bottles... lansinoh, munchkin, avent, medela, spectra, and of course Dr Browns. It was always a fight. Everytime.

I read about these expensive bottles and began to feel discouraged. How many times do bottle companies claim to have that natural feel and flow for the baby? All the time. Never true.

I splurged on one bottle first. I have so many sets of useless bottles, I figure I will just get one. Its adorable, squishy, round, and boob like... but will it do what it claims to?

I tried it and my baby cried. Sigh. Again with this. Good thing I only bought one! But I tried again and she didn’t seem so angry. A few days later and we got the hang of it! You have to figure out your baby but once you got it, she will be happy with the bottle. I have figured out that my LO has to be on the verge of sleeping to take the bottle, otherwise she will fight. With other bottles, she will get choked on the milk, unable to get milk out, etc etc when she finally does latch. It was so frustrating! But with this, once she latches she is good to go. I still can’t feed her right after a nap so we have to time it just right... but once we got the hang of it, we GOT IT. No choking. No overflowing onto the bib. No splashing of milk. I will say this is the best ventilation and nipple we have gotten. The search for the perfect bottle is OVER and though there is an art to feeding her, I at least can rest well knowing she will at least take this one.
