The sizing is what you would expect....I bought 4XL believing, based on other shirts, that that would be necessary to get a 3X T after machine drying, and that wasn't necessary. A 3X will be a 3X., and the 4X is acceptable in case you love to wash and dry on Hot. These are the new standard in V-Neck T's for me .
