Same temperature as if you had just freshly taken it out of the fridge. Just buy this it will change your life. If you ever have to bring protein shakes or smoothies with you anywhere at any time away from home buy this. In closing, buy this.
If you are still reading this the lid is great pretty much impossible to spill, it does a good job at mixing ingredients but it is not a blender. Stuff stays cold for like 8-12 hours. Really it is the best protein shaker you can buy, full stop.

原文： This is a great shaker for making protein shakes in. I have had no issues with leaks and it's very easy to clean. The agitator does a nice job breaking up the protein powder. And the best feature to me is that the closing mechanism is a screw on top and plastic flip spout cover that is very quiet
to use in the mornings. Other bottles that I have had were noisy to close and woke up my baby (not toddler) who is an light sleeping early riser.
