s I wear them with either a boot or heels the slightly shorter length doesn't bother me enough to dislike the pant but I would have preferred if they were just a little longer.

ise than mid-rise as stated. That may be because I'm short waisted and have no butt. The length of the size short was as expected (25 inches), however, the bottom of the jeans flare out a bit. They don't quite look like skinny jeans are supposed to. They were also more stretchy in the front than I like. Definitely returning.
