At my baby's first dentist appointment, my dentist recommended that we finish up this tube of tooth cleanser, then switch to one with fluoride. We don't live in a place with drinkable tap water, so he doesn't get the fluoride from the tap and needs a toothpaste that has it instead.

The brush that comes with it is not great because I cant position it exactly right on the gum since my son closes his mouth and tries to chew on my finger as I clean his teeth. A r

We just wet the finger brush and wiped all her gums and tooth. Then she got the second tooth and started some food around 5 months. T
he toothpaste (I tried it) is pleasant and is sweet, but nothing too crazy. We brush her teeth morning and night and it has held up very well (she is 7 months now). The finger brush allows you to get all those gums and around the teeth pretty well. We own a baby tooth brush too, but right now, I prefer this-- especially at night when I am in the dark since it is easier to manipulate.
