I bought these shoes for my Fiance for my Christmas gift and he loved them. After only a few months of very light use one of the seams unraveled. So why the five star review? I contacted Ecco, and they imm
ediately sent an envelope and prepaid label to return the defective item. After a week or two, I received a new pair. No hassles at all.
Customer service is practically non-existent in 2015. Not with Ecco, they have a customer for life!

原文： These shoes are good except for one big major flaw. The heel area that touches your achilles is not padded, so it digs into my achilles and it makes the shoes unbearable to wear when walking. I own another pair of Helsinki in a different style that has the padding in the achilles part and it makes
all difference and that has to be my favorite dress shoe to date.. I thought all of these shoes would be mostly the same except for slightly different toe designs. Lesson learned. Always look for the padded achilles!

As advertised, they are a little wider in the toe than is typical. To me they seem a little too roomy but I think I'll get use
d to them. The shoes are comfortable right out of the box. The rubber soles squeak a little on tile floors but it's not too noticeable. The heel is slightly higher than the typical dress shoe but, hey, I'm a little "vertically challenged" so I'm good with that. They look very nice and seem well made--let's see how they hold up.

原文： Nice looking, seemed comfortable, though hard to tell since it didn't fit. I bought them for my son. He wears an 8.5. I ordered the 8-8.5 and it was quite large on him. Tried to exchange, but Amazon didn't have his size, which isn't a problem with the shoe exactly, but it might be worth keeping
in mind that Amazon seems to only stock some sizes (at least at the time I purchased.)
