Kayano 23鞋面外层依旧使用了Fluidfit鞋面技术，使用的织物面料与ASICS的Gel-Quantum系列的鞋面材料非常相近，手感要比Kayano 22好很多，另外在Kayano 23的内侧鞋面加入了ADAPTIVE STABILITY自适应控制技术，利用鞋面上大大小小方向不同的透气网格实现对双脚最大化的适应。鞋面内层依旧是采用泡棉填充的面料。
在后跟位置，Kayano 23使用了大量的硬质塑料来包裹后跟，相比于上一代Kayano 22而言，这部分支撑包裹的更加完整，后跟左右两边仅仅预留很小的一部分空间。中底由三种材料组合而成，最上方的是Kayano系列中一直使用的FluidRide 2.0缓冲材料，中间层是ASICS最为经典的GEL缓震胶，下方是这次Kayano 23全新使用的FlyteFoam轻量中底材料。Kayano 23在缓冲和回弹性能都会比前一代Kayano 22优秀许多。Kayano 23的大底齿纹进行了全新的设计，不同的三角形齿纹组合构成大底的防滑结构，所以在防滑性能上或许会有新的进步。

The Kayano 22 gave me horrible blood blisters on my toes and heels, and I was hopeful that for the Kayano 23 Asics would go back to the classic Kayano
shape and fit - but to no avail. The made the toe box wider than the 22, but now the shoes are short. I'm returning these immediately, ordering a pair of Kayano 21's, and will have to find a new running shoe after 20 years. So bummed!

I normally wear a 7.5 in regular shoes but I've been buying Asics for years and always get a size 8 since it's best to have a little extra room in running shoes. I had read that these run small but I mistakenly believed
that the reviews were written by people who were just unfamiliar with Asics sizing....I was wrong. Whereas my current Asics running shoes in size 8 leave a considerable amount of wiggle room at the toe these shoes were so tight it actually hurt my big toe. I considered buying another pair in size 8.5 but these were so tight I might actually need to go up to a size 9 and I'd rather just go try on shoes in an actual store.

原文： I've been wearing the same size Gel Kayano for around 15 yrs. Unless my feet have grown, the Gel-Kayano 23s are definitely a bit more snug than the previous versions of Gel Kayano. I may order up a half size next time & see if they're more comfy. They're still very comfortable shoes.
