First and foremost is the leather, which is a small grained black leather that is not too soft and not too stiff, yet quite sturdy given its sophisticated look. Accented with nice shiny gold chain links on the strap and an understated metal TH logo i

The top zipper is in the same gold color as the trim pieces, and in addition to the shoulder strap, there is also a smaller handle for carrying the bag without the added bulk of the strap, something my wife really appreciates when taking a small bag for a night on the town (see close up photo of the handle). The inside has one zippered pocket and one slip-in pocket to help keep things organized.

If I had any complaint about this bag, it would be that the main opening is a bit on the slim side, and there is very little “give” at the edges of the zipper (see photo with tape measure). For holding a phone, a small wallet and maybe a few cosmetic cases and lipsticks, it is more than adequate, but it won’t be able to hold much more than that. Also, the zipper-less pocket on the inside is very loose and baggy and anything you put it in tends to get out eventually (see last photo). Speaking of pockets, it would have been nice to have a pocket on the outside, maybe on the back, for keeping things like keys or a phone handy. At least, without the outer pocket, Hilfiger was able to maintain a clean, fashionable look.

For a small, well-built, modern and fashionable bag, this really has a lot going for it. There are a few minor design considerations that are lacking, which limit its overall utility. By and large though, my wife is quite happy with it. It’s not the greatest bag in her accessory closet, but it still rates a high four stars.

Of course, if you are going on a trip or to work, you might need to pack more, but for simpler excursions, the hobo bag is mini, but adequate. Though there are a couple of pockets inside of the purse, I would have loved at least an extra pocket on the outside.

The zipper closure keeps everything secure. Overall, the bag is built to last, and the leather is nice and soft and accessorizes nearly any outfit. The gold Tommy Hilfiger logo adds a touch of class to the classy bag. My only real complaint is that the removable strap is wrinkled as you can see from the attached photos. This defect is unnoticed when you sling the bag over your shoulder. Over time, I’m sure the wrinkled strap will straighten out since it already has.

原文： The chain on this purse is gold/brass in color, which is difficult to tell from the picture. The chain is nicely made and not cheap looking; there are no mold marks or rough edges; it helps dress up the bag.

The long strap can be removed, but the shorter strap is on there for good. The s
horter strap is still long enough that you can stick the bag over your shoulder (bag under your armpit). The long strap is for cross body use.

The inside of the bag is small -- this is good when you need a cell phone, a wallet, and another item or two. I like it isn't just a bag to hang; the bottom has a flat, rectangular piece to it so it can stand upright on its own (sit it on the counter and it stays upright; doesn't flop over). There are two very large baggy pockets (zip) on the inside of the bag.

The only negative is the "TOMMY HILFIGER" logo; it looks like cheap plastic and I think the finish will wear off. This is surprising, because the metal links on the chain are nice. Until the finish wears or breaks off on the name logo, its a good bag.

Good for an evening out; not good for everyday.

atch the train. Navy blue color matches the shoes and it is perfect color for the winter season. Chain design on the shorter handle gives it a luxurious look and I love that the logo is showing on the front of the purse but it is not too big.

I am curious if there is a larger version of the purse or a business case/computer bag and if there was one I would order it to pair up with this one. I totally love this purse and the design. Material is superior and I am sure that this product will have a long life.
