Unfortunately, for being a high-end bag, it hasn't held up well. She is very careful with her things, and even uses different bags so that she doesn't overly use anything. After a couple months of use (a couple of times per week), a seam on t
he end started coming undone (the stitching came apart).
The bag looks PERFECT in every way except for the stitching. It will have to be retired much sooner than she expected - she has had other bags for many years. I'm hoping this isn't normal for CK, because this wasn't a cheap bag. I'm going to be cautious before buying another CK bag.
