原文： This is a nicely made and good looking beverage container that will keep it cold or hot for a long time. The seam on the inside connecting the stainless steel is clean and smooth unlike some cheaper made units. It fits the cup holder in my vehicle nicely for long trips. The lid just pushes on and
there is no way to close off the lid openings. The lit fits securely even though it is just push on, not screwed. The lit is clear and has a number of openings around the outer edge so that no matter what angle of the lid you place to your mouth it will dispense the contents.
The red color is beautifully done. It provides a nice look it allows a good grip of the container, not slipper at all. The interior is a nice bright and clean looking stainless steel. It washes up easily with just warm soapy water. It states it can go in the top rack of a dishwasher but that it could damage the finish. This is the reason I'm only giving it 4 stars and not 5.
For the price, this Thermos Stainless King 20 oz Travel Tumbler is a very nice unit and I like it a lot. It works well at holding temperature of it's content. I expect it to give me years of service.

One review, in particular, was comically off-base, "impossible to dri
nk out of cleanly". Impossible maybe if you're attempting to drink from this cup while holding it at exaggerated angles as demonstrated by one of the pictures that shows the cup almost vertically upside-down. So for the record, yes, you can drink out of this cup without wearing the liquid contents.
I've used this cup this entire week to hold my morning joe on my way to work, including a 20-minute drive on highway and city streets with nary a drop of liquid spilled on me or my car. The lid on this cup is designed to allow you to drink from any spot along the brim. That means that there are slits along the entire length of the clear plastic lid. But if you're careful and don't fill the cup to the brim you'll likely be just fine.
Now, I will concede two points - first, because of the nature of the lid the probability for spills are obviously higher than similar tumblers with locking lids; second, the lid is naturally going to be less efficient at holding temperature. Over a few hours, you'll be fine but this cup won't keep hot things hot or cold things cold for the long-haul.
I like this tumbler because of its size, at 20oz I get a mega dose of my favorite coffee each morning. The lid is definitely like no other I've used but it is very much usable. Consider your needs and purchase accordingly

When you look at the top of it, you cannot even tell where the "spout" is, because it's actually a ring buried somewhere in the middle that you cannot see. The result is that you can pick it up and drink from any location. I love it.
The lid itself is secure in that I'm never afraid of it fall off.
This is what you'd call a true one-handed bottle -- just pick it up anywhere and drink.

After several days of testing with cold beverages, this does in fact do more or less exactly what it claims - it keeps beverages cold for the better part of 24 hou
rs. Ice was still present 12 hours after putting it in, and even left sitting in a hot car the ice didn't melt. This also is easy to clean, and running it through a dishwasher actually worked fine. The base is also slightly larger than standard cupholders - think an extra large drink.
The issue, though, is the bizarre choice to put a plastic lid on this that seals only marginally satisfactorily for insulation purposes, and not at all for safety. Not only does that lid transfer heat or cold quite effectively - it's a good 20 degrees colder than the stainless steel - but more importantly the multiple outlets in it creates a safety hazard. Liquids have accidentally spilled several times, some directly on me, and with hot beverages this would be a real issue - and why I've not tested it with them. At best, you're only going to be able to store 16 ounces of fluid in this without risking disaster.
3 stars. Very odd product design.
