原文： The adidas CrazyPower lifters are a bit odd to get used to. They don't slip on like normal shoes - it's kind of like putting on a pair of socks where you slip your foot into a sleeve. There is no actual tongue. Compared to Nike Romaleos or even the cheap adidas Powerlift shoes, these are way too fle
xible. They also run long but narrow.
The worst part is that they are not stiff enough for real weightlifting moves or heavy squats.
They work well for CrossFit WODs where you're going from thrusters or wall balls into burpees, though. They actually aren't horrible to do double unders in.
I do really like the way they look, but the function is just not there.
