So, final conclusion is that I like the elimination of the heart rate strap around the chest, but the watch could have been just a bit better with elimination of the items I mentioned above.

原文： I bought this watch to start tracking my walks and runs with GPS and then see my route on the map. It was a little challenging to to link up the Epson app with the Strava app but now that they are linked they work seamlessly which is a nice added bonus. I just started running again after many years
of slacking off. Now I have gone from 15 minute miles to completing a mile segment today under 11:00 minutes and have lots of room to keep improving. I'm able to run the same routes and the watch is giving me the motivation to improve and challenge myself. It does just what I need it to do at a great price.
