原文： I agree with many other reviewers - what was Asics thinking? I have been a devout Kayano fan for almost 20 years, and now I need to find a new shoe. The Kayano 22 gave me horrible blood blisters on my toes and heels, and I was hopeful that for the Kayano 23 Asics would go back to the classic Kayano
shape and fit - but to no avail. The made the toe box wider than the 22, but now the shoes are short. I'm returning these immediately, ordering a pair of Kayano 21's, and will have to find a new running shoe after 20 years. So bummed!

原文： I had to return my 23's and order a half size up. I usually wear a 10. Because I run long distance in Kayanos, I always wear a 10.5. I have worn Kayanos since my first marathon days in 2007. Well, this version of the shoe is different. I skipped 22's by finding good deals on 21's so I am jumping fr
om a 21 to the 23 model. What a surprising shock. I have never experienced this kind of change in the brand.
I have returned the 10.5 (toe box felt very tight) and will test out the 11. If that is still too small I will head back to the local running store that fitted me with Kayanos years ago and get fitted for a new model or brand. I don't know why shoe companies tinker with good products.
This is like when Nike messed with the Pegasus when I was in high school. Runners don't need change.
If this isn't updated, the 11 was fine.

I have been running in ASCICS Kayano's for about 12 years and purchase about 3 pair a year depending upon race schedule. These have the right amount of cushioning and support
I need. I am 5'4, 128lbs with high arches and have had limited overuse ailments which I attribute to these sneakers and knowing when they need to be replaced. If you are a mid to long distance runner I recommend theses sneakers.

原文： I ordered these in a size 8, but they were too small. The shoes were brand new. I exchanged them for a size 9, and when I received them, they were absolutely filthy and disgusting. The inside size tag was noticeably worn, there were rocks in the soles of the shoes, there was a tear in one shoe, and
they smelled like someone with athletes foot had hiked up a mountain in them. Amazon staff were very kind about my return, and refunded my money. I bought these shoes at my local mall, and they're actually incredibly comfortable and sensible for work in the medical field, especially if you have plantar fasciitis. If I would have gotten brand new shoes, I would have kept them and loved them but I did not.

原文： These shoes are a must have if you have high arches. Seriously fit to size (true) and very comfortable. I have very high arches and run heel down and towards the outside of my foot toward my toes, and at times must dig my toes (causing bruising) under my toenails (gross I know) - thus far, no heel p
roblems and only slight bruising on left middle toe (not the shoe's fault) I've ran 5 times so far in them, roughly 3.6 miles each time with a 8% incline for .6 miles (250 elevation) and the shoes still feel great.
Going to buy a 2nd pair just like this from the same option as a result of running thus far in them - very highly recommended by a mid grade runner (many 5ks, several 10ks and 2 half marathons under my belt)

原文： Love love love these shoes! I am flat foot and these feel the best for me. I tried them on in-store, then did as usual, checked online for a cheaper price. I needed them ASAP, so I paid for overnight shipping, which arrived on time! And I still save about $25 then purchasing in store the day before.
Asics always works best for me... the KAYANO 23's are my fit!
