原文: I have used my Garmin vivoactive for about a week now. I am still learning it, but loving a lot of its features. However it is limited in somethings. will send snapshots of it to them after our workouts. However, you can not view or review detailed information with the watch. The app is where you view it, so just be aware. It was great at tracking. Did run into some problems with recording elevation during a hill training ride. A friend with a more advanced Garmin had a different elevation that was a little over 1000 ft difference (big difference). so, just be aware that this is kind of a basic model. The running I have not had a chance to use yet, but the walking I have and it has been great to say the pace, cal., time etc. During the reviewing of your workouts it will also give you a map of what you did and on a computer you can create routes and send them to your phone. You can customize what categories you view in the app and the order you view them. Other workouts or fitness activities can be harder to track because this model is basic, but you can log a manual workout which is nice and can just label it as other. The other things the watch can do is swimmimg, golf, indoor treadmill running or walking and indoor cycling. You will need other components for the indoor cycling and treadmill i believe. You can also attach a heartrate srap if you would like to calculate HR. It is great at connecting with other friends that have garmins. It allows you to challenge a friend as well in a certain activity in a day, week, month, etc. IT ALSO TRACKS SLEEP!!!! I did not care about this as much at first, but i started to set it before bed and stop it when I woke up and was realizing how little sleep i was getting in my training! Also, the app fitness pal you can download and it will track all your eatting, cal in and out woth the gamin app when you connect the. You can also live track and send the link to frie ds to track you during an event! I tested this doing somewalking to try it out and it was pretty neat. Using it at my next big event for my friends to follow me. They are excited they can actually see me on the map......the watch is water proof, great design and is comfortable. I was afraid it would be to bulky at first, but have adjusted well. You get all messages, phone calls, emails and what other notifications you want sent to it or you can turn them all off in the app if you rather. Over all I LOVE the watch! It does exactly what I need and even more with the golf app. I would recommend this watch to anyone getting g into more training events or wanting to become more active, but know that it is a basic watch. If you want something more advanced I would recommend upgrading to a more advanced model, but this watch was perfect for me and I am excited to start using the other things it offers. Best of luck!
