victim of both identity theft and credit card fraud in just the past two years. Third was the light leather with the embossed stripes, which just looked very cool to me.

And it seems that this wallet will satisfy me going forward as well. The leather is smooth and soft to the touch, and there is no noticeable chemical odor or residual animal smell. It comes well packaged in a nice metal box, sort of a hallmark of the Fossil brand (see photos). The wallet holds it shape well and comes with enough slots and insert areas to accommodate my many cards and IDs. It is roomy on the inside, and it looks like it will also accommodate some foreign currency, which is important because I travel internationally quite frequently. Comparing this to my current model, it has exactly the same number of slots and holders, making the transition from my old wallet to this one quite easy (see photos). I will probably switch them in and out, just to get them to wear and age evenly, but also to change up my personal look and maybe even match my wardrobe.

Before my current wallet, Fossil was not even on my radar as a viable maker of men’s accessories, but now that I have yet another winner of a wallet in my pants, I’m going to keep my eyes open for other five star Fossil accessories.

re's still unused space. Others have noted the oversize wallet allows for foreign currency. However, for the rare occasions I carry foreign bills, I think I would prefer something less bulky. The saddlebag brown color would not have been my first color choice but it will probably darken with age. The rib pattern design is quite handsome and the RFID functional and practical. The display window for a driver's license or commuter ticket is very helpful.

In brief, if you have LOTS of cards and don't mind a bit of bulk, this is a great product.

I tested the RFID blocking feature with my office's RFID security cards - It actually blocks it.
All compartments function well - inserting and removing cards was just the right resistance.
Wallet did not get too fat when full with max cards and a few bills.

Cons:
I usually like 2 bill compartments - Matter of taste
Did not find the color very attractive - but I have a feeling it will look better with time.

men, it's basically a tool, and we get more excited by toys. Ok, sometimes tools are toys, but I digress. I like the billfold very much, it's beautiful, but to pretend I'm overly excited about it, is too much. This billfold is much classier than any I have ever had before, and very well made.

It feels great, looks great, and does what it's supposed to do. It holds money and credit cards and a few photos. There is one other very important feature of this billfold, and to me the most important thing it does, is hold those credit cards safely from Rfid scanning. It blocks the ability of people who own these Rfid scanners to steal information from your credit cards, and other important cards you carry with you all the time. I spend time in Europe and the middle east, and I feel more vulnerable there then I do here in the United States. This is probably an unreasonable way of thinking because from what I understand, there is just as much scanning of unsuspecting peoples' credit cards done here, as over there.

In any case, I now have a great billfold my wife even feels proud of, and I feel considerably safer. I'm glad I got it.

This is a nicely crafted wallet with tight stitching and quality leather. I'm able to hold 15 cards (more possible), an ID, and other cards sized materials in both the fold-out flap, but also in the inner pockets and card slots. The fold-out area that holds the ID, where the clear window is present, is double sided to allow for two important ID's to be stored there, but is also a pretty tight fit.

The product itself is 5-stars, but as the rating system is based on "Like" or "Love", I removed a star to reflect that I only "Like" this wallet.
