原文： ~ I received this watch last week and have used it continuously since, to give me enough time to prepare this review.
~ Firstly ~ Like many other positive reviews I will say this this = its worth the money and I'm enjoying this timepiece thoroughly.
~ Secondly, like a previous
reviewer stated. ~ " - - to those negative nellies I say HOGWASH." ~ I agree that is HOGWASH!
~ I am adding 3 photos of me holding onto a olx Luminex NS watch - that is several years old that needs some updating (while gloved) - while wearing the watch indoors (and I will leave it as full res without editing it) ~ each time, the dial face can be read without issue even with a refection placed onto it.
~ I was also very surprised by the size of it, which is slightly thinner than my G-Shock, however comparable in size (see attached photo).
~ this watch feels lighter than my GS and is very unobtrusive that I don't even remember even wearing it. ~ its very comfortable with the strap it comes with.
~ I am not really a fan of this type of watch strap (personally) because I like to use NATO straps and I do believe that a NATO strap can be attached to this watch (if) one can find a good adapter for it, as I did for my GS.
~ the ABC is reversed on this model and for me is not an issue because its reversed, as some have stated. ~ I mean ~ seriously? ~ how can one - "not tell what's what" - on the ABC when its clearly marked on what it is.
~ I should note, I use a wheelchair regularly, hence the gloves in the pics and with the constant use because of the chair, this watch (thus far) can handle some rough use. ~ but I'll keep using it and pushing its limits and capabilities as I - "roll along" and see how it holds up.
~ so for now, so far so good and 5 stars.

原文： Very happy with the watch. I particularly like the detail of the nylon watch band, and lightness of the watch. I have not had any problems seeing the time with the black watch face. I have not been able to confirm the accuracy of the compass yet. The altimeter works like all other wrist top altimete
rs that I have owned which requires frequent calibration. I have set the time to be calibrated with the international atomic time and it has not lost a second in the 5 or so days I've had so I'm happy with that. The solar function is fantastic and a huge improvement over my 5 year old Casio Pathfinder which requires a battery change now. I paid $109 for this watch on Amazon and I feel it was a screaming deal. Very happy with purchase.

原文： I bought this watch after extensive research into it and the many variations of the theme. I was a bit concerned about the negative display, especially after reading some of the other reviews - - to those negative nellies I say HOGWASH. I have had this watch for right at one week now and have worn i
t indoors in all lighting conditions, and I have worn it outdoors in all lighting conditions - bright sunshine, cloudy, dark, dawn, dusk, and while wearing polarized sunglasses, and I am happy to report that I haven't had a single incidence where I couldn't read the time, date, or whatever information I had the watch displaying at the time. The wristband is very comfortable and the overall looks, functionality, and quality are first rate. The owner's manual looks like a miniature encyclopedia, but it reads fairly straightforward and is easy to understand, even for a 50+ year old man who can be "technology challenged" on the occasion. I do not hesitate to recommend this watch to my friends.

原文： Good watch, and nice nylon band but in the environment where I use it most, the display was too dim to see without using the light. And the light in my unit was a dim blue and only illuminated the left half of the dial. In addition to the grey-on-black display, the glass crystal seemed to have a sli
ght tint to it as well, compounding the problem. I went by the reviews that defend the readability but found out the hard way that it's just not so, it was useless for me. I exchanged mine for the green model which has a similar nylon band (not a fan of silicone straps) and is FAR superior in terms of readability, and has bright white full illumination when needed. If you are frequently in dim light and want to read your ProTrek, AVOID the black display.
