原文：  This is amazing! It works! From what I have read, I believe it has to do with sulfur content and it binding to the stainless steel. Whatever it is it works and I use garlic pretty much daily. The shape and feel is great. Buy one.
It is hollow and light but it's a nice shape to wash your hands.
