Cetaphil sunscreen isn't perfect for me, and it still makes my skin break out a little bit when I wear it all day several days in a row, but it is better than all other drugstore brands sunscreens for face. I actually try all brands in the market.
The only one that is as good is Vichy, but it is more expensive.
If you have sensetive skin that breaks out easily, I suggest that you apply the sunscreen for only a few hours, use facial cleansing wipes and re-apply the sunscreen. It works really well for me when I am in the sun all day. When you refresh your face mid-day, it clears your pores and removes extra oils from your skin.
