s great for applying my Bliss powder contour makeup, and I also like it for a soft blush application. The larger buffing brush gives me an even application of my Lancme Dual Finish powder foundation (I like a sponge when wet), and it also works well for blending everything together well without any streaks. I don't wear liquid foundation, but I like the dense bristles on the square brush and find it versatile enough to use to apply my Butter London bronzer, Bliss contour makeup and Japonesque mousse foundation.I have a larger Real Techniques concealer brush with denser bristles that I prefer for my dark undereye circles, but I like the small detailer brush for blemishes and also to apply concealer to the small inside area by my eyes that can get really dark. Aside from how well they work, I like that the brush bristles are cruelty free, soft, easy to clean and don't shed. The brushes should wear well given that my first Real Techniques brush (a stippling brush) I bought about 2-1/2 years ago is still in great shape. The cup is a nice bonus as it's slim but sturdy plastic that keeps my brushes organized and handy. It also barely takes up any space on my small counter, yet it holds this "flawless base" set, my favorite eye concealer brush and my sculpting set too. I'm really pleased with this Real Techniques flawless base set with a bonus brush storage cup and definitely recommend it.PS: I'm posting a photo to show how nice and compact the cup is and how much it can hold. The first four brushes (left to right) are the "flawless base" set, my favorite undereye concealer brush is the fifth brush (sold separately) and the last three brushes are from the sculpting set (sold separately).
