orry about the strap cutting into my neck.The downside, and what I was disappointed about, is in the picture it shows the inside of the bag and the camera padding on the inside having a pink-ish world map detail ... this is NOT how mine looks. Mine is all the same colour inside and out, boring and kinda ick. It doesn't affect the durability or quality of the bag, but still disappointing non-the-less.

t was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures and what i thought it was going to be, but i prefer the size that it is more than the fake size i had painted in my head.on a normal day i keep a canon 6D and 3 lens in it; 17-40mm, 24-105mm and 28mm (all canon). i also keep a memory card holder, spare battery, USB card reader and remote shutter switch. i try to keep the equipment that i use daily and be ready to grab a tripod to run out for northern lights or night shots.i've also had the 6D (fitted with 24-105mm) in the internal camera poctet thing and a 70-200 f2.8 IS (canon) lens in the bag at the same time. the 70-200mm fits in the bag vertically.the only negative thing i have about this bag is the "laptop" pocket or whatever it's mean to be. it's not really big enough for a 13" laptop, maybe something ultra thin and around the 12" mark or smaller would be ok. i do at times carry my IPad mini in the pocket, which is really nice when i'm out in the arse end of nowhere with nothing to do but wait. because i've used this pocket for the IPad mini, I've opted not to let that affect the rating.i love this bag and i'm really pleased i brought it. it fits all my needs, looks good and doesn't draw attention like a camera bag does.

e it as a small day pack, with your camera and a lens in pouch and some other essentials,it'll probably serve the purpose but using purely as a gear bag, well, better buy some other bag.Another point is how the flap opens, it opens opposite way to most other camera bags. So, when you open it flap is on your body - side and you need to hold the flap with one hand and use other hand to take out your gear. If you don't hold the flap it'll getting in your way. I'd prefer the flap open in the other way, like Kata bags.In a nutshell, if you need a nice looking day pack with Nat Geo logo, go for it. If you need a camera gear bag, look elsewhere.
