My fingers and knuckles will be covered in cracks. This is THE only thing that gives me any relief. It stings a good bit when you put it over
open sores (which if you're like me is inevitable), and feels a little weird, but the result is worth the pain. You'll notice a difference after just a couple of uses. Promise. It helps cracked heels, too.

He just opens it up and rubs it right on his painful elbows. He does not have to use it daily. That's how concentrated it is and it works so well. He rubs just a small amount on his hands before bed so he does not have any residue on his hands. Not that they leave them greasy but,he prefers to use it at night. Seriously the best stuff out there for any cracked skin or super dry issues. Not just for men and harsh working hands. It is amazing on my feet too!I know they make one for feet but this is amazing stuff!

原文：This stuff is fantastic! I use it for rough patches I have developed on my elbow/forearms from doing so many planks (yoga). I have tried so many things to get rid of them (copious amounts of lotion, aquaphor, callus remover gel, Vaseline) and nothing worked! This stuff worked wonders and is also
great for the callouses (from weight lifting and CrossFit) that I have developed on my hands. It softens them within a week or so of daily application. It doesn't have much of a scent (I haven't noticed one at all) and it doesn't leave a greasy or sticky residue (like Vaseline). Try it!
