It recently came to my attention that I didn't own any classic black heels and I immediately set to over researching this issue so I could remedy it! I settled on the Rockports because I have a
bad hip and 1) wanted comfort, and 2) can't handle killer high high heels. I like that part of the platform is built into the toe area of the shoe - it provides a nicer look to the heel and I like to think it makes the shoe look higher than it really is. :) These shoes are lovely to look at and gorgeous on. They are extremely comfortable (for heels - I'm normally a clunky Dansko girl!) and have a nice spring/cushion to them. I'm very happy with them and look forward to adding more colors to my collection as my budget allows.... !
