原文：I've use this brand in the past and I liked it so I bought another round. It's good to have on hand if you know you get sick every winter, like I do, or when some get sick around flu season. My grandfather also used this product on a daily basis to boost his immune system since it was gradually goin
g downhill with age. I haven't noticed any negative side effects with this product, but I would recommend eating it with food, since the aftertaste is kind of bad if it dissolves on an empty stomach.
