his is a great trimmer.. I have used it many times now.. just this morning I discovered, since I didn't read the instructions, that it actually has a button for two speeds. high and low.. its a nice trimmer.. I'd definitely buy it again.. it could only be better if it were waterproof.. perhaps if I read the instructions I'll find out that it just might be. Otherwise I am very impressed.

Some were powerful and built like a tank but weighed like a tank and they were very difficult to control.Looki
ng back on average I use a clipper for about 6 months and for one reason or another I end up getting another one (my Wahl Baldfader is still tucked in under a cabinet somewhere). However I used this model for almost 2 years until the white plastic collar under the blade where it connects to rotary motor wore out due to use. I don't think they sell a replacement blade for this clipper, but at this price and considering how much money I wasted on other clippers I feel fine about buying a replacement unit.I like the fact that you don't have to worry about running out of battery charge because you can use this clipper while it's charging.I like compact DC charging adapter, the cord is thin so you can comfortably use the clipper even while it's plugged in.I like fine adjustments, comb start at just 1mm, that's some fine cutting.I don't like having to press the Turbo button every time I turn on the clipper.I wish it was a little more compact.Philips makes some good quality products such as their Sonicare tooth brushes and this clipper is a very good one.

原文：Quiet motor. Battery lasts as long as advertized. Cuts hair very evenly. The only thing is the knob that adjusts the length of the cut is right where you grab it to cut hair. So if you are not careful with how you grab it, you could inadvertently twist the knob and adjust the length of cut. The
knob adjustment should have been placed somewhere else different from where you grab it. Although one tick of adjustment only changes the length by one millimeter so the possible mistake will be negligible. The cut is super smooth. Doesn't bite my hair at all. Easy to clean with provided brush.

I easily changed the dial (shortening) while I was cutting and cut half my head extremely short! Hah, I'm lucky I have short buzzed hair so I didn't
care. Now I am just careful how I hold it when cutting. The only other negative is the guide is extremely bulky, to the point you can't utilize the fade features close to ears! These couple flaws turns an otherwise great idea into unfortunately poor functionality. I make do with a beard edger for around my ears.

Tried to cut a an odd angle on the back of my neck and got a little nick. I am a little concerned about the longevit
y of the comb. The plastic it is made from seems a little brittle. Have to see how they hold up. I bought these because I wanted to go back to a buzz Cut. On the first cut my hair was a little long and the comb keep clogging. Had to stop about a half dozen times to clean it out. Cutting my hair about every 10 days I have not any clogging issues since. I am impressed by how solid the different lengths lock in and the battery life is impressive. 3 cuts and still going strong. I would be very happy with these if they made a fixed comb option available.
