I needed a thermos that I was able to bring to the gym on a daily basis and that could hopefully keep my protein shake cold, in the container and not my gym bag, well thank the Thermo Gods, because this is the absolute best
thermos that I have come across in all of my 30 plus years at the gym . The top compartment has a great spill proof closure cover, and not even one drop has made its way from the inside of the thermos. I will update if anything changes, but in the mean time do not hesistate on this product. It is definitely a winner

原文：Do you make protein shakes. If so stop reading and just buy this. Imagine mixing up a shake with ice cold water from your fridge, some almond milk, protein power, whatever else you use. You go to the gym and do hours of lifting and cardio. You just get of the treadmill at the gym and you are pouring
sweat. There is a line at the water fountain and you just remembered you have to slam that shake you brought with you...and it is ice cold. Same temperature as if you had just freshly taken it out of the fridge. Just buy this it will change your life. If you ever have to bring protein shakes or smoothies with you anywhere at any time away from home buy this. In closing, buy this.If you are still reading this the lid is great pretty much impossible to spill, it does a good job at mixing ingredients but it is not a blender. Stuff stays cold for like 8-12 hours. Really it is the best protein shaker you can buy, full stop.

原文：This is a great shaker for making protein shakes in. I have had no issues with leaks and it's very easy to clean. The agitator does a nice job breaking up the protein powder. And the best feature to me is that the closing mechanism is a screw on top and plastic flip spout cover that is very quiet
to use in the mornings. Other bottles that I have had were noisy to close and woke up my baby (not toddler) who is an light sleeping early riser.
