KAYANO无疑是亚瑟士最具代表性的系列，A家将最好的材料、核心的科技都给了它，也深得无数跑友欢心，最新发布的22代再次使其成为瞩目焦点。相比上一代来看，KAYANO 22主要在鞋面、后跟及中底处做了较大更改：鞋面上由原先的“三明治”网布调整为双层透气织物面料，无缝设计，更加流畅的外观看起来耳目一新；外部使用合成革的热贴合技术来完成支撑功能，鞋面两侧内部加入了三处支撑，增强稳定性。在后跟锁定技术上，Kayano 22同样使用了 TPU 加固，但是将原来椭圆形的结构调整成了两个大小不一的三角形结构，在固定脚后跟和保持稳定性上有比较大的提升；鞋底的升级，Kayano 22后跟部分的 FluidRide 2.0中底要比21厚了，也由平行结构变成了交错结构。再往下Kayano 22的GEL 避震材料有所缩减。

原文：I have been a loyal ASICS customer for years, and have been buying the Gel Kayanos faithfully. They used to be the best running shoe out there. But not any more. They have drastically changed the fit of the shoe, to the point where I, a girl with VERY thin/narrow feet, feel like these shoes are way
too tight at the front. There is simply no room in the front of these shoes whatsoever - so much so, that my feet became numb within minutes of having the shoes on! And nothing helped, not even loosening the laces all the way. What a shame. ASICS have lost yet another loyal customer.

I normally sing the praises of the ASICS Kayano and it is the only shoe that I have run my 5K's in since I stated running some years ago. However, the width of this shoe (the 22) is definitely more narrow and so for long
runs, I was not very comfortable. I have actually reverted to my old Kayano 20. I am disappointed.

原文：I should've read up before ordering these. I have been running in Kayanos for a couple of years now and loved them. I ordered the size 7.5 I always wear in running shoes. They are too short. Also, the toe box is much narrower than the previous model. I really liked the roomy toe box on the old m
odel. The stretchy outer material just makes the shoe feel tight to me. I've put about 20 miles on them and have decided to give up--my toes hurt too much. I won't be running in these again.

原文：Size 8 Asics now run half a size smaller, which Asics neglects to tell you. If you are a size 8, I would suggest trying on an 8.5, before ordering. Sent my 8 back, was immediately refunded. This is Asics responsibility, to inform consumers, and not the fault of Amazon, who is just filling the order.
I don't know why they are running smaller, but this has been the case for the last few gel Kayano series of athletic shoes. Many of us, as long time Asics owners, have complained, and nothing has been changed by the manufacturer. I find that Hokas are true to size, and are certainly just as good a shoe.
